Knit. Knit. Knit. I love a cozy knit dress when the temperatures begin to drop. It's one of my favourite ways to embrace fall fashion; it's so soft and easy to wear. I recently attended the Dinh Bá fashion show and I fell head over heels for this fitted monochromatic dress from his fall collection - all made in Montreal. There's something utterly modern, yet effortlessly feminine about it. I like the idea of playing with texture and fluidity while putting emphasis on the silhouette.
Did you know that Dinh Bà started his career at the internationally acclaimed fashion label Mackage? It's not surprising considering that both brands offer sleek clothing with an urban edge.
For this look, I went for feminine black accessories to create a monochromatic palette and glam up the knit factor. As you know, I have a major obsession with hats, so I couldn't resist pairing my new dress with this playful cloche hat from Tilley, which is also made in Canada! Then, I added a pair of classic black leather boots and completed the look with a light cape and knit gloves with faux-fur trim since it was rather chilly the day we took the pictures.
Un grand MERCI à Marianne Plaisance du blogue 2e Peau pour ces sublimes photos. Allez-voir le chouette blogue ainsi que la chaîne YouTube qu'elle anime avec sa copine Gabrielle. Un must!
