Fresh Spring Releases At Make Up For Ever
If you are keen on having fresh and long-lasting makeup, you'll be thrilled to hear about the new range of primers from Make Up For Ever. The new Step 1 Skin Equalizer line offers 10 unique formulas created to enhance tone and texture. To add some luminosity to my dull and lackluster skin, I picked up the Radiant Primer, a peachy colour corrector cream intended for fair skin. This particular primer is probably my favourite among the line. It's a great product to even out discoloured area - hello dark circles - while adding a healthy glow.

I have also tried the Smoothing Base, a colorless gel designed to fill and blur imperfections before makeup application. The silky texture glides on easily and does wonder at reducing pores, fine lines as well as dry patches. A little goes a long way when you apply the Step 1 Skin Equalizers; you really don't need much to create a flawless makeup base. Plus, the small tip allows to release just the right amount of product, therefore preventing any waste.

While I am not the biggest contouring addict out there, I was quite intrigued when I first saw the Pro Sculpting Duo Undetectable Face Contour. It comes in two colour combinations; I choose the number 1/Pink Beige made for fair to medium skin. The gel-powder formula is unlike anything I have seen before. It's unbelievably lightweight and almost undetectable once applied. The bronzed powder has a satin matte finish and a light golden brown shade, which looks utterly natural against the pink champagne highlighter. The end result is incredibly natural, especially when you apply it with the 156 Large Flat Brush, a rounded brush with ultra-soft fiber bristles.
I have always been into volumising mascaras, but I recently shifted my attention towards lengthening ones. It was at first application when I tried the Smoky Stretch Lengthening & Defining Mascara. No clumps, no flakes, no strenuous application thanks to its small silicon brush with fine bristles. The wand beautifully defines and elongates lashes with just a few sweeps.

What do you think of these exciting new releases?
