The leaves are falling down one by one, the cold weather is slowly settling in. It's the time of year where we put our leather gloves back on and wrap a warm scarf around our neck.
While the knit eternity scarf trend is still going strong, I am thrilled to be able to wear my new carré Hermès a few times before the big chill. I find its vermilion hue so vibrant and elegant compared to the many grey shades we tend to see in November. Named "L'instruction du Roy", this heavily weaved scarf features a geometric arrangement of horse bridle, a mythic symbol for the iconic brand who first introduced their carré de soie in 1937.
Who doesn't enjoy a great classic piece? I certainly do.
